Quicke’s Goat’s Cheddar is a tradtional clothbound cheese which has been naturally matured for six months, this goat’s milk cheddar has a clean flavour and smooth texture with notes of vibrant, almond butter.

This cheese adds a surprising depth of flavour to salads and risottos.
