The Method
- Pat each pork chop in flour
- Heat oil on medium heat in a large frying pan.
- Add garlic and cook gently for 1 minute.
- Add pork and cook for 4 minutes each side.
- Remove and place on a plate, then cover loosely with foil.
- Add balsamic vinegar and stock to pan, stir to deglaze.
- When liquid has reduced by half, return pork chops to the pan. Cook for 3-4 more minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
