The Method

  1. Pat each pork chop in flour
  2. Heat oil on medium heat in a large frying pan.
  3. Add garlic and cook gently for 1 minute.
  4. Add pork and cook for 4 minutes each side.
  5. Remove and place on a plate, then cover loosely with foil.
  6. Add balsamic vinegar and stock to pan, stir to deglaze.
  7. When liquid has reduced by half, return pork chops to the pan. Cook for 3-4 more minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
